Finalmente dopo quasi un anno di attesa è arrivata la prima luce del mio nuovo telescopio: un Dobson da 16" f4,5. L’esordio del bestione non poteva capitare in un momento migliore, ovvero in un momento di particolare calma atmosferica che ha regalato una serata di un buonissimo seeing. Sono riuscito quindi a realizzare tra le mie migliori immagini lunari. Il nuovo telescopio in combinata anche con il nuovo pc mi permette di eseguire video lunari a circa 130 FPS in full hd per un totale di circa 20.000 frame catturati e 1200 elaborati. Come al solito spero che vi piacciano. Buona visione.

Finally, after almost a year of waiting, the first light from my new telescope has arrived: a 16" f4.5 Dobsonian. The debut of the beast could not have happened at a better time, that is, in a moment of particular atmospheric calm which gave an evening of very good seeing. I was therefore able to create some of my best lunar images. The new telescope in combination with the new PC allows me to take lunar videos at around 130 FPS in full HD for a total of around 20,000 frames captured and 1200 works.
